A straightforward scope
This notice applies to the public website at mufexavi.info and to messages you choose to send to Mufexavi. Mufexavi is an urban systems studio offering information about practical IT learning. We aim to collect as little personal information as is reasonably necessary for a clear conversation.
The current field-permit form is browser-only. Its confirmation message does not transmit the form contents to a Mufexavi server, store a submission, or create an account. If you decide to contact us by email, the information in that email is handled as described below.
Important: please do not send special-category, financial, identity-document, password, or other sensitive information through a general email inquiry. Use only what is needed to ask a course question.
Information we may receive
When you contact Mufexavi directly, we may receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, route of interest, prior learning context, and the text of your question. We may also retain practical correspondence details, including the date, subject, and any follow-up required to respond meaningfully.
Website and device information
Like most websites, the service used to deliver a page may produce basic technical logs such as an IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring page, and access time. These records are ordinarily used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and understand the delivery of the website. They are not used by Mufexavi to build a profile of individual visitors.
Cookies and similar storage
This static site does not set advertising cookies, create marketing audiences, or use a browser-only contact confirmation to track you. Third-party assets such as web fonts may be requested from their providers when your browser loads a page; those providers may process technical request information under their own terms and privacy practices. You can use browser settings or extensions to manage such requests.
How information is used
If you email Mufexavi, we use your information to answer the question you sent, discuss course access or planning, maintain a coherent record of the conversation, and protect the security and integrity of our communications. We do not sell personal information or rent inquiry lists. We do not use a general inquiry to make automated decisions about you.
Access to correspondence is limited to people who need it to respond, administer the inquiry, or meet a legal or security obligation. We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for these purposes, unless a longer period is required to resolve a dispute or comply with an applicable obligation.
